I had a great experience with PuroClean of New Bedford from beginning to end. I was honestly a little stressed about the situation at my home and wasn’t sure what the next steps would be, but the team made the entire process so much easier. Isabelly was very helpful over the phone, patient with all of my questions, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The crew was professional, respectful, and arrived on time. They worked efficiently and paid attention to every detail. I was very happy with the quality of the work and how smoothly everything was handled. It’s hard to find a company that is both professional and easy to communicate with, but they really exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend PuroClean of New Bedford and would use their services again if needed

My home has a nasty roof leak from this year’s constant storms and just noticed about 3 months ago. This gentleman name Andrew M was very helpful recommended me to PuroClean. They helped to restore and repair our water damaged roof and on top of that got rid of all related molding that was cause from the damage. I can’t be more thankful enough and the way they handled everything in a timely and professional manner was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for restoration.
